npm installのプログレスバーを消して高速化する

TL;DR

npm set progress=false
npm install whatever-you-want

npm installのプログレスバー表示が遅いらしい。

倍近く時間がかかっている。確かにプログレスバー表示を止めたら実感できるほどインストールが速くなった。
